I was able to get a penny for most receipts. Now, I can not put in a receipt unless I have bought an item on the list. I contacted support, and they were not helpful. I can't get past the page where you check a box for items on your receipt. I did not buy any of the items, but the continue button will not light up. I also completed level 300 on Coins and Animals after 60 days with 30 more days to go and still have not received my $18.00. I hope that this issue gets fixed soon.

website seems to be ok, although it's really frustrating when you're doing the survey and after about 5 or even more minutes of wasted time, you get removed from the survey and you don't get a penny. the app doesn't work at all. I clearly have an account but when I put my email in to log in, it says the email isn't valid, although it's the same exact email I use for the website that works just fine.

Slow earning was to be expected but now no earning. second time this has happened but now not so much as the we got your email from customer support. it has been a month on one problem no response and days on this problem no response. I have been playing games for money for over a year and now there is a complete lack of compensation or customer support. no reason for me to use the app then I'll be using other apps from now on. I never qualify for surveys anyway.
