Booking a Reservation is Easy:
- Choose a sitter who matches your cat’s specific needs and enjoy a seamless experience. You can choose from drop-in visits lasting 20-, 45-, or 60-minutes as well as overnight stays - where your sitter will stay the night in your home with your kitties.
- Once your request is confirmed, you may coordinate a Meet & Greet with your sitter to review care instructions, home logistics, and confirm it’s a purr-fect match.

Great resource! Mostly user friendly but there needed to be more clarity on what an overnight stay means–I had to reach out to a sitter to make sure I understood what to expect. There is no option to edit reviews so, when you accidentally submit your review before you were done or able to edit, tough luck! Not only do you not get to edit the body, you can't go back to complete the rest of the feedback survey if you back out thinking you can return to the previous screen. VERY frustrating.

This app has had non stop issues repeatedly. They are always fixing something. But honestly it never gets better because another issue comes up soon after. They have another upgrade for this app. Let's see how long until another issue comes up. There are a few things they should do to make it more sitter usable and client friendly. There are often too many issues trying to give an adequate update to clients.

If you are looking for a pet sitting service geared specially for cats, this is the app for you! It's also useful for cat sitters looking for clients. My one suggestion would be to schedule the meet and greet in app, and require a nominal cancelation fee (the cost of one 20 min visit) if the client cancels after the meet and greet takes place ; I had two clients cancel on me a week before the scheduled reservation, after I had invested time and travel cost to attend the meet and greet. Thanks!
