## What is MeLi?
MeLi consolidates business operations into a single application usable on phones, browsers, and computers. The application supports Vietnamese, English, and Japanese, with light/dark mode and a device-responsive layout.
## Available Functional Groups
### Account and Security
- Log in with a regular account or single sign-on.
- Password recovery, managing logged-in devices, and remote logout.
- Supports fingerprint or facial recognition on compatible devices.
- Manage camera, photo, location, notification, and microphone permissions.
### Messaging and Collaboration
- Individual or group chat; send text, photos, videos, audio, and files.
- Reply, forward, recall, pin, react, and mention members.
- Search, filter conversations, sort conversations by Focus, Priority, Other, manage friend requests, and customize your messaging experience.
- Use “My Documents” and the content library to find shared files.
- When online, messages, login status, and conversation updates respond faster thanks to the new real-time platform.
### Real-time Notifications and Updates
- A Notification Center allows you to view notifications by type, month, download more, and mark as read.
- Notification sounds on the Home screen display the unread count; Web/computer notifications open in a floating window, and mobile notifications open in a separate window.
- When the user has the application open, messages, notifications, approvals, and digital signatures can be updated almost instantly.
- The server handles sending notifications to recipients, making the application more secure and reducing the risk of receiving incorrect notifications after switching accounts.
### Intranet
- View and create posts, announcements, achievements, and short messages within the company.
- Add reactions and select the audience.
- Follow new content directly on the homepage.
### Approval and Digital Signing
- Track pending approvals, submitted documents, processing history, and documents nearing their expiration date.
- View documents, timelines, implementers, and step-by-step status.
- Sign, approve, reject, return, or authorize according to configuration.
- Use handwritten signatures, stamps, passwords, and authentication codes when required by the process.
- Contact approvers directly from the timeline.
### Business Operations and Reporting
- Includes modules for Sales, Receiving, Delivery, Inventory, Finance, Human Resources, Background Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics.
- Several areas have utilized real-world data, notably orders, sales reports, ingredient catalogs, and approval processes.
