Ratings and reviews

I could find a lot of stuff I've spent YEARS looking for... didn't buy them, though, since the shipping fees are too high, more than other sites, it's borderline offensive. And the platform doesn't even offer bundle shipping from the same seller, which adds insult to injury.

Recently launched Mercari Japan app is full of glitches. Saved items disappear until I refresh. Adding to cart throws errors, or items vanish at checkout. Even worse, "Buy Now" fails. I tried twice and orders were instantly canceled, though items are still active and available (verified via a proxy). Support is unhelpful; feels like a bot telling you to read instructions. It's sad that on an official app I must use a third-party proxy just to buy items. Avoid until fixed,Limited items to choose

It was okay I'd say although nice reviews and no laggy experiences except for my Wi-Fi but other than that it's great but I gave it a 1 star because I had a order and I payed for it 1 year ago and it's a year and a half and I never got my payment I wanted refund but it never gave me refunds and on top of that they delayed my anime figure I wanted including a gaming controller and it wasn't in the cart when I bought it like it was swept away :(
