Ratings and reviews

Recently launched Mercari Japan app is full of glitches. Saved items disappear until I refresh. Adding to cart throws errors, or items vanish at checkout. Even worse, "Buy Now" fails. I tried twice and orders were instantly canceled, though items are still active and available (verified via a proxy). Support is unhelpful; feels like a bot telling you to read instructions. It's sad that on an official app I must use a third-party proxy just to buy items. Avoid until fixed,Limited items to choose

App doesn't load everything, it's awful to navigage and its super jacked up price wise even stuff I can get in america and every order has at lest $50 shipping which is expected if it's actually from japan, but add that to the price so I know what price I'm actually paying and not the price you want me to see.

I could find a lot of stuff I've spent YEARS looking for... didn't buy them, though, since the shipping fees are too high, more than other sites, it's borderline offensive. And the platform doesn't even offer bundle shipping from the same seller, which adds insult to injury.
