Ratings and reviews

A great resource for finding new and thrifted items. App is intuitive and well designed. I take issue with the 3-day window to rate a sale or return the item NO EXCEPTIONS (even if product is not as described) as it puts the buyer at a great disadvantage. Not all items defected items are created equal. Some might appear to functional and break down a week later. And if you are away from home a lot, you might as well assume that all sales are final from the time of purchase.

The app was great but now I don't get notifications sent to me anymore, despite enabling all notifications and deleting/redownloading the app. I have to go in every 3-4 hours to see messages and sales. Writing messages has been horrible with having to type out each letter (no swiping or even auto predict). Sometimes, the app even freezes after a certain number of characters. Lastly, your increase in shipping has made things more difficult to both the buyers and the sellers. #changeitback

They have gone downhill. They used to be okay. Now they continue to increase the selling fee and shipping cost. It is getting to the point out isn't worth it at all. I just bought a lv bag. It had cracks all along the zipper line and it was not photo graphed or described. They didn't care and made me keep it. They pick and choose who to side with for whatever reason. Also, I have 2 items currently missing in transit and they make you wait 1 month before they will do anything. Go elsewhere
