I've been a digital subscriber for years and the app has always been terrible, not user-friendly at all. They made some upgrades a while back, which was a small improvement, but now the app won't load/open most of the time. My husband has the same problem with it on his phone. For how much we pay for digital-only access, we should expect a decent app.

It's a free app to download but how is it that you cant view the articles until you subscribe and pay! Really
