it's an easy download and sending and receiving a variety of tokens has been a fast and simple process !! Great wallet for the everyday person that's wanting to use crypto as a payment option!!

Unpleasant app. Transactions fail, when asking customer support about it, the person doesn't seem to understand the problem. When app is asking "are you happy?" And I clicked "no" next option is to leave a comment, bit the "send" button doesn't work. The app does not allow to transfer more than 0.00200btc at once and I had to make multiple transactions with multiple fees applied.

I made a crypto purchase on Sept 26 at 1:15 AM. It’s now been over 36 hours and the transaction is still marked “Pending.” No resolution, no timeline, and no clear support path. MetaMask confirmed the delay is on the provider’s side, but nothing has been done. This is blocking a time-sensitive opportunity and costing me real money. Extremely disappointed.
