The program is being offered through a contract between Merit International, Inc. and the Ohio Department of Education.

Who ever makes apps for the Ohio Ace, Merit . You're making these apps way too complicated than they need to be, numerous sign ins, have to go through numerous pages for info.. make everything accessible through a menu tab, my goodness i can make this app better from home. Why do we have an ACE app and a Merit app that takes you to a website log in?! Makes no sense.. these apps need to be better made and navigated. It's Feb 2024 and we still have 2 different apps that are wasting space!

Does everything it's supposed to it is a very simple and plane app with no fancy features to it at all. Just be ready because once you submit a claim it takes two months just to get an answer and then another two to get the payment it's a wonder anybody takes this payment in Ohio! There's no way on God's green earth that a reimbursement should take four months what are we doing to these kids people?

I can't log in. Anytime I do it says problem logging at the top. All log in information is correct though.
