The grant is a great idea. BUT... the website is a wreck. A high school kid could make a better website. Its unorganized and the search features are a joke. When I first got it I read that you could order from other vendors and get reimbursed, but that just isn't true. Never once have they reimbursed me for anything I have purchased and then put in to them. ONLY PREPAID VENDORS!!! Ordered a tablet but the wait period was way to long, I canceled at 6 weeks. This program moves like a snail
