Merit partners with verified organizations to keep all of your valuable personal and professional achievements (known as merits) in one place. With Merit, your credentials are now represented by digital records that are authenticated, scannable, shareable, and free.

I was able to complete one course, passed my second course and then it says my details are incorrect when logging into the app, no problem with logging in online tho? I made a whole new account with my business email completed another course and it still says that my details are wrong. It also sent an email to my previous email I used to log in the first time. Abit weird scamable app.

It's been absolutely horrible just trying to get ahold of someone from this site in general, no email back and I completed my certification over a week ago! App is literally a waste of time as well. Also, did they just dip on business all together? Because now their number doesn't even work like ..thankyou so much for possibly costing my my license. Appreciate that.

Like it but your guys online training course for cert emergency response team dose not work as your guys website and servers has been down for months now and not one tech person has fix the issue and you even can't get hold of customer service as there contact info no longer exist so what the point of using this app if you guys never fix your server outage issues so I will be delete my account and remove the app as it's taking up too much space on my phone.
