Online check-ins are ALWAYS unavailable. Despite stating check in starts from 7 days earlier till 1 hour before flight, they're never opened!! Browser? no. Mobile app? no too! what for? I had to schedule & rush to airport at 3am = =

very bad experience. first time use to do booking already got issue where payment was charged and booking not completed. Status of booking showing pending payment. Now need to hassle to deal with chatbot and livechat for help.

Buggy and slow, the low stars is for app keep rejecting my password, i had to instead use google to set password. i had so many apps and nvr have such problem. but nvm, i do not fly firefly often.
