myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals,  submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

very very poor app which is not user friendly and ensures customer are not able to submit claims. extremely frustrating experience

This app is so complicated. It's really hard to log in and find nearby hospitals. And the GPS doesn't even work. It's the worst app ever.

No biometric login, password remember doesn't work. App is very basic better UI required
