the app doesn't give you the real-time inventory of the items. when you order something and the delivery is confirmed by the app, the next thing you know is that the delivery team calls you and tells you that the item you've been confirmed by the app is not available with them. this is really absurd and we have to find other suppliers to procure the missing items from the order. I am really pissed off with this recurring problem with METRO App and Management.

Whenever I try to place an order, most of the items on your application are either shown as out of stock, or they appear to be available. However, after placing the order, I receive a call informing me that the item is actually out of stock. This creates unnecessary inconvenience and confusion for customers. If an item is unavailable, it should be clearly marked as Out of Stock in the application. At the moment, the application does not provide accurate stock availability.

Pathetic service. I placed an order and was later told it was cancelled because the product was out of stock. However, my relatives visited the store the same day and the item was clearly available and being sold. This is completely misleading and shows very poor management. Cancelling orders with false reasons is unacceptable. Highly disappointed and not recommended at all.
