poor execution. the app did not need an update since the old app was working fine. not only has this unscheduled update ruined the online shopping experience, it will definitely make an impact on retaining your customers (including me). the app update was supposed to make things easier and faster but it instead is difficult and has been a terrible experience. not to mention that I have not been able to place an order ever since! there were lot of other ways if you needed to boost foot traffic.

Cannot login after the update on my android phone. I can login on my laptop though. There seems to be some kind of bug. And now one day later when I am trying to search products online, it takes ages to show the results while other apps are working fine. The developers really need to look into it.

Very unprofessional for such an international store. This was the first time I ordered something from metro online and I was thoroughly disappointed, not only the order was incomplete as one item was missing but also I received wrong item, the sales invoice has the correct item printed and I was charged for the same but the package doesn't have that item in it, I wrote multiple email & filled the feedback form but I only got an automated answer in reply, no one contacted me from their team.
