Metroleads Comms(Communication) is an internal business solution for secure communication and lead management, designed for authorized CRM users within an organization.
It enables real-time VoIP voice calling between authenticated internal users using SIP-based technology. Calls are intended strictly for business communication and are not public or social in nature.
The app also includes lead management features that allow users to view and manage assigned leads, helping teams stay productive and organized while on the move.
Access to the app is restricted. There is no public sign-up, guest mode, or in-app account creation. User access is provisioned externally by the organization.

Microphone audio is processed only during active VoIP calls.
Audio data is transmitted ephemerally and is not recorded or stored.
No voice data is shared with third parties.
The app does not support public user-generated content.
This application is intended solely for internal organizational use.
