MFCentral will cover all your Mutual Fund Folios having the same PAN/PEKRN and Registered Mobile Number. Portfolio coverage will be offered across all such Folios in Demat or Non-Demat forms. However, Service Requests are currently restricted to only your Non-Demat Holdings that are originated using MFU (Mutual Funds Utility).

Your personal and investment data currently resides with the Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) and is absolutely safe with them. MFCentral is a collaborative effort that only populates the data as available in the RTA system. All such sensitive information is as secure as they were before MFCentral. A very limited log-in credentials-related information is stored in MFCentral in a highly secured environment.

Ratings and reviews

It is disappointing to see that under emandate option, in new otm registration name of all banks however small they are is shown, but Bank of India is missing from there. What should a person with account in BoI do?

App often hangs and does not allow to close it. If one retries to open, the message is "close previous session", which has in fact never opened. Still frustrating is that the app does not open the link to close the previous session. And it takes at least 15 minutes for the app to close automatically.

By mistake I registered the app with some other mobile number. Hence, all my folios are showing as unregistered and unable to use the app. There is no provision to change my registered mobile number in the app. Despite many mails for more than 6 months, help is not coming from the developer.. Totally un-cooperative developer..
