I am a corporate user of mfine. this is the worst app , and I will not recommend anyone to use it for lab tests. I scheduled a fasting lab test at 10.30 -11 AM, schedule time had passed . I tried to raise multiple support tickets but got no response ,instead of getting a test message that the support team will reach the post 2 hours. So they are expecting us to keep fasting till they call at their availability then update even if the technician is coming or not for the sample collection.

This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used for health consultations. Their customer support is absolutely unresponsive — you’ll keep raising queries and get no proper reply for days. To make it worse, if you request a refund, it takes soo long for the refund. Last time it took more than 1 month for my refund. This time the same as before no response for queries, no refund on time. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Probably the only app where rejection comes faster than login. Claims? Always rejected. Queries? Either ignored or answered like a puzzle. If there were awards for dodging responsibility, this app would win gold every year. Download only if you enjoy frustration as a hobby.
