I've been a customer for 20+ yrs. Now I'm told the reason I can't log in is because it's been 90 days since I've used my online account. Tried to update, because it prompted me to update it. Now I've DELETED THE APP. And after 20 minutes the download isn't but 23% complete, and yes I have plenty of open memory space available. Mow after 25 minutes, says 100% but very very slow installing.....NOT HAPPY .....

App doesn't show real time debits or balance. Recently, when trying to log in it tells me I need to update app. Shows last update on app as September 2025 and it doesn't ever load. Hours later, I'm able to login a usual. I'm assuming the app is doing maintenance. I truly love this bank and will deal with the above issues and won't go anywhere else. But do wish it would do real time updates to debits and balance.

PLEASE ADD THE ABILITY TO LOCK DEBIT CARD, and listing pending transactions separately. I am in shock that this isn't an option. It's very common on most online banking apps I I know you use an outside source for your debit cards; these options are commonlly available on the majority of online banking and apps. The bank itself is GREAT! Spectacular service and wonderful teller. Never have an issue. Would just love those 2 features on app. 5 stars for the upgrade of app features.
