Great app though I seen better. I also bank with Navy Federal Credit Union and their user experience is amazing. I just had to update my review. I don't know what people are arguing for. This app works perfectly. I have no issues with mobile deposit. Availability is just like any other bank or credit union. Bill Pay is super fast and transfers are easy. I personally would love to see an option to add travel notifications, to file a dispute on a charge and to activate a card via the app. When is Android going to have touch ID support?? Nobody uses pins anymore. Also you need an option to view statements via the app. Nice UI update but still not perfect. Asking for the basic function Improvements.
They should make it clearer that the Task Menu is the little "+" sign at the bottom right corner of the screen, especially in the instructions for mobile deposit. The interface isn't intuitive at all. My other banking apps are very straight-forward and much easier to use.
Love BoH...even though I live out of state now. Staff friendly and helpful. Would love the option to receive txt msgs whenever I use my card..I would feel more secure, as I've had my id and another (foreign) card stolen before and the usage showed up on my phone via txt...I was able to alert the bank immediately and the transactions were stopped!
Please fix your additional security setting. I didn't receive a code. It's so annoying. I waited for like hours for the code but never received. I couldn't sign in anymore.
App keeps giving error code. Have to keep uninstalling and installing to get it to work. Very inconvenient!!
Never have any log in issues or crashing anymore, but when will it upgrade to touch id? Also, the fact that the little + sign is the task manager was not clear.
