It WAS awesome...until the most recent update. It is almost always. "Network unavailable" now (it would do it once in a while before but now its almost always not working) which really sucks when you are needing to do a last minute transfer or sick and can't go out of the house but need to move money to make sure bills can be paid. Uninstaller and reinstalling is a temp fix but because our account is shared and I have to do the verification process again, the texts don't come to my phone.

This app used to be great, but has gotten progressively worse over the years, and in the last 10 days, virtually inoperable. I can rarely get to the login screen now, as it gives me a "data network unavailable" message. What?! I literally have to clear the cache AND the user data, and start over to make this work. Turns out, BOH finally added fingerprint reader support, so maybe that was the bug. This is a temporary fix that lasts all of 24 hours, though. It repeatedly becomes non-functional.

When it works, it's okay. Limited features, which do help it from being cumbersome, lead one to to full browser site for anything beyond simple transfers, balance checks or transactions lists. The worst part is lack of reliability. I haven't been able to log in for days now, rendering the app useless. Pretty sad for a state wide "larger" bank.
