Ratings and reviews

Never signs you in the first time you try, or it takes forever. Navigating the app when you're in it seems simple, but when you click on something like "statements" - it takes you to a blank page or says there aren't any... it's so frustrating. You'd think a bank with as money as them could have an app that works.

Abysmal. Not enough characters to list everything. Everything so far has been a nightmare. Password limitations, biometrics don't work, buggy touch sensitivity on every page that reloads if you touch it the wrong way, impossible to find any useful information, pathetic FAQ list, routing number listed nowhere, zero transparency on when funds will be released (it's been ages), and outages starting at 9pm every single night. I expected a better app from an online-only bank, with nightly "updates".

I use this app to access my HYSA, and I find it works great. the money doesn't transfer immediately, it takes a couple of days, but that's due to the bank, not the app itself. I have found it to be user friendly and simple enough to sort things out myself, not glitchy or anything like that, and feels secure. thats all I can ask for with a banking account.
