Never signs you in the first time you try, or it takes forever. Navigating the app when you're in it seems simple, but when you click on something like "statements" - it takes you to a blank page or says there aren't any... it's so frustrating. You'd think a bank with as money as them could have an app that works.

I consistently have problems with this app. I always get an error message when trying to login. "unable to process your request at this time, please try again later." I do the prompt that I think my account is locked " it sends me the link, I click on it and attempt to sign in and get the same message. I'm about to call and have my money sent back to my main bank and find a different bank offering a high yield savings account. I've been trying for a few weeks and nothing. VERY FRUSTRATING!

This is the worst app in existence. The biometric login has literally never once worked for me. That would be fine, but neither does normal login. Any time I try to check my accounts I can't log in and get errors. I give up and just hope for the best. It's insane how in this day and age a company cannot make a functioning app. When you're lucky enough to actually enter the app, it still doesn't function properly most of the time. Pages won't scroll, links don't work, etc. Please fix this app man
