It's hard to believe a legitimate financial institution actually hired or paid anyone to develop this application. Did this app go through any testing whatsoever? The UI is atrocious and the UX is poorly suited for mobile devices. It hasn't been optimized for mobile use. Buttons load without text. Many features simply do not load. Depositing checks is an absolute nightmare. When I go to deposit a check, my accounts only show up 10% of the time, requiring me to restart the app. It's dreadful.

below average. The interface is still outdated, even though they recently updated it. If I can do it in a banks I need to be able to do it from the app. No excuses these days. If you want more business, make business easier, and convenient for the consumer. The interest rate is good though for their FYSA, but there are other banks that are still higher.

This app still glitches a lot, especially when transferring money. It's almost impossible to deposit money from an external account. The external account rarely populates and shows up to transfer money from. I'm seriously considering closing my account. Makes me worried about my money because this app falls very short and feels very sketchy
