Idk what y'all recently did to the app.. but it sucks. with the "menu bar" across it, when u try to do a bill payment on phone, u can not scroll down to how often to pay, option, u have to very carefully hit the tiny bit of area for it to pop up. that menu bar needs to be at the very bottom of the page.. & the menu bar going across, u can't read it all. differential colors in areas were better.. the old set up of the app was easier to see. And if a new user dl'd this app, couldn't fig. it out!

The app does the basics ok. It takes a day or two to reflect an accurate balance when using bill pay or making deposits. Bill pay has tried to pay several bills via electronic delivery instead of mail delivery causing payment problems. The check deposit process is a bit cumbersome.

you don't have expedited bill pay on the app if I messed up about dates and need it, so I had to go to my daughter's house as my computer won't let me open the website because windows is still 8 and I refuse to pay for the only option they are giving me to update I don't want windows 365. and also put the conformation Numbers back on bill pay please, to.put on the bills I pay. thank you.
