When Oriental first launched their app it was amazing and it used to work perfectly. Now I can't even open it, cause every single time I get an error saying that the app is unavailable. It's the only way I have to make check deposits into my account since there's no Oriental Bank in Florida, where I'm currently living, but now I can't even do that unless I uninstall an re-install the app again several times and restart my phone again the same amount of times. Can't even use it to check my balance, cause it would never open unless I uninstall and re-install. I've had my account for years and lately I've even considered changing banks just for this inconvenience. Please fix this. I really like having my account with you guys and wouldn't want to close it.

July 2023: Never has problem with the old version. The "update" was really bad. After you enter user id and password the app get freeze, no matter how many times you install and unistall the app. January 2024: App is getting worse. Installing the app to verify is available to use, but NOOOOO! Continue with error message when open the app and, if you are abble to access, it's doesn't connect after enter user id and password.

This bank is not secure. - They put part of your social in your username. - they use security questions which the industry long ago decided wasn't much good. - You actually have to show the bank attendant your password. - No 2fa! - And they put your full social security number on your receipt. One of those mistakes would be tolerable, but when I see such a big disregard for security it makes me really scared of how their backend services were programmed.
