Synqle is an activity challenge app that makes it easy to bring people together through step and distance challenges. Built for corporate wellness programs, organizations, teams, clubs, communities, and groups of all kinds, Synqle lets challenge organizers create activity challenges in seconds and share them with participants.

We prioritize simplicity, so anyone can join, sync, and take part without complicated setup or technical knowledge.

Effortless corporate challenges:
Employees join their company's challenge instantly with a simple code from their admin. No accounts to create, no setup to work through.

Automatic syncing:
Turn on Auto Sync and your activity updates in the background, so the leaderboard stays current without anyone having to remember to open the app. Manual syncing is always available too.

Works with what you already have:
Synqle connects to Health Connect to read steps and distance from your phone or the wearable you already wear. Optional manual entry for anyone who needs it.

Challenges that suit your team:
Run a straightforward step challenge, set a shared goal for everyone to reach together, or start a race where the first person or team to hit the target wins. Team challenges can rank by total or by average, so smaller teams still compete fairly.

Engaging leaderboards:
Friendly competition and team spirit, with rankings that keep everyone motivated.

Team connection:
Build community with a simple built-in chat. Share progress photos, cheer on colleagues and celebrate milestones together.

Transparency and permissions:

Health Connect: we request permission to read steps and distance solely to update your progress in your company's challenge and leaderboard. If you turn on Auto Sync, we also request background access so your total can update while the app is closed. We never write data to Health Connect.

Media access: we request access to photos and videos only if you choose to share them in the team chat.

What’s new

Auto Sync: keeps your steps up to date in the background, so you don't have to remember to open the app. Press and hold Sync to turn it on.
Race challenges: when someone reaches the goal the challenge ends, everyone finds out straight away, and the winner gets a proper celebration.
Combined total: challenges without a goal now show everyone's activity added together. Improvements to chat, plus fixes to syncing and notifications.
