The printer is excellent, but the app is horrible! I have to guess the size I need and end up printing a bunch of different sizes until it's correct. You can't add more than one stencil to a picture and it's impossible to find the 3D "try it on" section which is no help whatsoever because I still have to guess the size. The numbers they show you in inches are far from correct. Safe to say that the app takes up too much time and stencil paper!! Ugh, frustrating!!

The printer works well, but because the app is so faulty, it kind of works...? I managed to print an image from my phone's gallery with plenty of issues and annoyances. We'll be returning the printer, but I'm hoping that I can salvage the situation by hooking up another app to the printer. I don't know if thats possible. The app is too problematic to continue using. The app doesn't save your work and has trouble transferring from your phone's gallery to the print-draft tab. Don't buy.

This app is extremely broken, right out of the gate. I installed it, opened and it crashed three times in rapid succession. When it was able to stay open, it would not load my uploaded designs, and has failed to load anything I've tried to upload since receiving it. It also fails to even load its own preloaded flash designs for me to even test if the printer itself works properly. For a printer to rely solely on an app to function, it is imperative that the app work.
