yoo fix the app, people are paying for the printer but are restricted to only one app that isn't working for half of us. it was working fine for a month And then it just stopped working. I've deleted it and re-uploaded and it still not opening on my phone. It's a huge inconvenience especially when you are about to work.

The printer works well, but because the app is so faulty, it kind of works...? I managed to print an image from my phone's gallery with plenty of issues and annoyances. We'll be returning the printer, but I'm hoping that I can salvage the situation by hooking up another app to the printer. I don't know if thats possible. The app is too problematic to continue using. The app doesn't save your work and has trouble transferring from your phone's gallery to the print-draft tab. Don't buy.

Changing measurement units doesn't work properly. And the interface could definitely use some work.
