Good app with great workouts. However, in my 2nd week it is giving me workouts with equipment I don't own and I can't change it. So I am forced to "shuffle" a workout and even that doesn't register as a workout in my diary. It also has a "favourites" menu, however there see s to be no way to select a workout as a favourite. And the workout reminder alert doesn't seem to work either. 5 stars when these issues are addressed. Sony Xperia Z5.
I always struggled with abs and spent too much time on it. This timed approach completely changed the game for me and it works a lot more efficiently in every way. The app is easy to use and the tracking and meal plan are also a key value for me. Loved it. Would rate 5* if they add another muscle part workouts in the future. Jeff knows what he's doing
This started off as a great app with some innovative variations of common ab exercises. Ultimately after using it for quite a while I likely would have bought the paid version to get as much as possible from it. Unfortunately after workout number 8 it locked me out unless I paid for the upgrade. It won't allow me to progress further north use the shuffle function. Giving it 3 stars for the 8 good workout programs I was able to use.
This is the best ab workout plan. I think it costed a couple bucks to get the full version, I don't really remember, but it is amaaazzzziinnnggg!! I never usually leave reviews, but I've been working out my abs for years and never really got results, but by using this app for only a couple weeks (combined with cardio and strength training that I normally do), I'm already starting to get visible abs!! I can't wait to see the results when I actually get through the 8 weeks!! Important tip: don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout the entire workout and if you have fat covering your abs do hiit cardio and make sure to eat healthy!! But seriously get this app if you want abs!!!! It takes such a short amount of time each day and you will definitely get results!!
Really great app. It has a timer with voice notifications so you can stay on track very easily and put your best into it. There is a program you can follow it you can't use the shuffle feature which can be adjusted to your fitness level. The only complaint I have is that in the shuffle feature, though I have selected "no equipment" it still sometimes gives me a workout with the resistance band (which I don't have). Other than that, super great app.
I love the simplicity! I would say I like that most of the exercises were around 5 minutes but they might be getting longer. I only have one suggestion so far, that had to do with my schedule and lifestyle. It's not a complaint. Sometimes I get confused whether I have done the day that is being Shone to me. Especially when there are rest days. And sometimes I'm too busy or forget. It would be helpful if it said the day I did complete an exercise group.
