This app is great! Jeff cavaliere challenges you with Progressive core training all while keeping it simple and taking the guesswork out of it! As you do The Core workout he demonstrates it during the duration of time the exercise is to be performed! That aspect is great, especially is you're a visual learner! There's also a timer involved / video / ab workout that tracks the workout from start to finish. This app is now another tool in my fitness and personal training arsenal!
This is the best ab workout plan. I think it costed a couple bucks to get the full version, I don't really remember, but it is amaaazzzziinnnggg!! I never usually leave reviews, but I've been working out my abs for years and never really got results, but by using this app for only a couple weeks (combined with cardio and strength training that I normally do), I'm already starting to get visible abs!! I can't wait to see the results when I actually get through the 8 weeks!! Important tip: don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout the entire workout and if you have fat covering your abs do hiit cardio and make sure to eat healthy!! But seriously get this app if you want abs!!!! It takes such a short amount of time each day and you will definitely get results!!
Started off good. Thought the wife & I had a good workout going until it asked me to pay for day 8's workout. Don't advertise as free then a few days later give us that surprise of only part of it being free. Good workout but went into this with false hopes. Thinking we found gold but were bamboozled
Love this app. I have tried a few different ab workout apps. This one is by far the best! It has videos to follow along. It gives you different ideas for diet. There is even a spot to take before and after selfish to see how much you have changed. Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work!!
This is a high intensity compact program. It accompanies your exercise with simulation and time keeping. Every day provides new exercises so it never gets boring. Best of all in 5 min you're done and you know you worked out very good. However, is not for beginners as some of the exercises are physically demanding.
