This is the best ab workout plan. I think it costed a couple bucks to get the full version, I don't really remember, but it is amaaazzzziinnnggg!! I never usually leave reviews, but I've been working out my abs for years and never really got results, but by using this app for only a couple weeks (combined with cardio and strength training that I normally do), I'm already starting to get visible abs!! I can't wait to see the results when I actually get through the 8 weeks!! Important tip: don't forget to keep your abs tight throughout the entire workout and if you have fat covering your abs do hiit cardio and make sure to eat healthy!! But seriously get this app if you want abs!!!! It takes such a short amount of time each day and you will definitely get results!!
Athlean-X (makers of this app) have constantly provided useful advice and important guidance in training. This little app helps give you a varied core workout everyday with two rest days. I'm very impressed with the app. Sometimes the selfies on the weeks mess up though. Pros: Great exercises (duh) Varied exercises Quick healthy food ideas Cons: Can be ever so slightly unstable as selfie mode can't be edited that well (as in removing and reuploading)
This app is great! Jeff cavaliere challenges you with Progressive core training all while keeping it simple and taking the guesswork out of it! As you do The Core workout he demonstrates it during the duration of time the exercise is to be performed! That aspect is great, especially is you're a visual learner! There's also a timer involved / video / ab workout that tracks the workout from start to finish. This app is now another tool in my fitness and personal training arsenal!
This abs app really challenges me. My abs can't even survive the first day. This is really legit But the videos while the workout is starting freezes and we don't have any guide to look at how to execute the exercise. Please fix this freeze issue. I'm still a big fan and proud to become team Athlean 💪
Love this app. I have tried a few different ab workout apps. This one is by far the best! It has videos to follow along. It gives you different ideas for diet. There is even a spot to take before and after selfish to see how much you have changed. Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work!!
Athlean x is a dream come true. So many tell you reps and never focus on technique and intent. At least noe that i have found. This man is god sent. I was discouraged from working out because i was doing it wrong all these years. Now im extra motived to feel sore!!!
