There seems to have been some sort of update because now, I only see a partial balance. For example, if I have $5.69 in my checking account, on the app it shows as $5... I really wish they put it back how it was. The dots are unnecessary but me know exactly how much money I have in my account is Very necessary.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that the app is truncating your balance. We are looking into the balance fields now to make sure that they are displaying properly. Could you give us more information about this? If you can tell us the type of phone you are using that will help us identify the behavior. Are you using the mobile app, or the banking website?

Very easy to navigate. Can easily transfer money between accounts as needed, and do mostly all my banking at home, whether it's depositing checks, sending money to other members or through zelle. It is an excellent service. Only issue is occasional bugs that don't allow you to use the app temporarily. It is a small inconvenience, but inconvenient at times nonetheless.

All of a sudden the app crashed and want let me into my account no matter what I do. It didn't have any problem before and I have been a long time member. This is scary... I keep hearing g that all banks take your monies w/o your permission to invest it. I hope this is not the cash of why so many app crashing. Basically, are they blocking us on purpose? HORRIBLE!!! Can't do anything until bank opens up.

Hi Rebekah, that would be scary but I can guarantee that we don't and will never do this at Michigan First. I'm really sorry to hear that you can't get into your account, it might be because you are locked out due to multiple login attempts. Our call center is open 24/7 please call them at 800.664.3828 so they can assist you! No need to come in.
