Using Bing for several years, it now will not let me redeem rewards points. When I let them know, they just send an automated bot reply, not from a real person. I'm not violating the auto-reply guidelines, but they will not fix their glitches. Also they keep resetting puzzle pieces so that I cannot earn 100 points for reading emails every day, in every app, on the mobile -- it will not ever work. Last night I was supposed to earn 100 points and a puzzle piece, but they AGAIN reset it to zero.

it's not always correct, but we already know that. the great thing is that the answers and points of view are as good as anyone else who has general knowledge of everything. I'm still trying other AI platforms, but this one is my go to for science stuff, more or less because of the category response range options (precise, imaginative, etc). It's not useful for reverse phone number lookup, however. It just tells you you look it up or call a service provider.

This app is infuriating. Not only is it bad enough that Microsoft wants to overcomplicate things with multiple apps offering access to news and search (Bing, Copilot & Edge), but the Bing app doesn't display any of the articles I select - I just get a blank page. It started a few months ago with the notifications just opening a blank page, but now the actual news articles are doing the same thing when I browse within the app. Being able to read the news is far more important than search results!
