Great support (Microsoft has always proved the best at live chat), many tools to gather quality data, and relatively easy to use; Google can drive me nuts with their absent product support and insulting "you-go-figure-it-out" attitude, despite I'm the one paying them! Be careful not to use automatic "smart campaigns" though, as it elimated the flexibility for testing strategies and fully personalizing my copy. I've experienced quality results, even during months I hold back on my spending.

Absolute nightmare! A rep called me and walked me through the set-up. That evening my account got suspended. I went through the recommended channels to resolve and that has turned into a customer service deficit that is still unresolved. The girl told me they don't have to tell me why my account is suspended and refused to put me in touch with someone who could actually resolve the issue. The survey you get is a joke! *Edit* Responded to above email and NOTHING has happened. Dead in the water!

Signed up put credit card info in and immediately got locked out saying "Violation of an Egregious Act" email I have never had an account before I cannot get back into the account to even delete my information if any of money disappear they are scamming straight corporate greed.
