Staff Schedule is the staff app for Midco Care. It gives care workers and team members a simple way to see their rota, pick up available shifts, and stay up to date — from their phone.
This app is for Midco Care staff only. You sign in with your work or registered email address using a one-time passcode (no password to remember); a short code is emailed to you each time you log in.
What you can do:
• View your rota — see your assigned shifts, organised by pay-cycle period and week.
• Find available shifts — browse shifts that have been published for your area and shift type.
• Request a shift — ask to be allocated to an available shift, and track whether each request is pending, approved, or filled.
• Stay notified — get a notification when new shifts are published, or when one of your requests is approved or filled.
The My Requests screen groups everything by pay period and week, so your commitments are easy to see at a glance.
Staff Schedule connects to Midco Care's scheduling system. You need an active staff account to use it; if you can't sign in, contact your manager or administrator.
