When the app works it nice, but many bugs. The scheduling does not work reliable and often the server cannot be reached, so you cannot change parameters. This is a big issue if you want to run on the eco mode, which is only available via the app. Also addons like Google home and alexa don't work. It is a pity always cloud access is needed, why? Changing settings can be organised perfectly local if cloud is not available.

App keeps forgetting devices, have to reconnect them over and over. App asks for permission to access pictures for a profile picture, but offering no deny button at all (thanks support team for telling me to hit deny, there is no such option). Furthermore it keeps nagging to update to a new app that's even worse. This has been an absolute disaster. I read a bunch of replies asking for screenshots of bugs, but I get the feeling this has not been tested, let alone thoroughly, at all before release

I tried to pair the AC's (triple unit Mission PRO) with my Galaxy S10 (Android Pie) and it failed continously on step 1. The error kept getting was "Device connect exception!". I updated the app with today's update (17-5-2019) but still the same error. I also tried using a fixed IP. And I tried three different routers. All with 2.4Ghz. I then used an older phone, Galaxy S7 Edge with Android Oreo and I could finally do the connection. The apps works fine on the S7. The good news is that now when I log in again with the app on the S10 that the units are visible and can be used from the app on the S10. So it's basically an issue with either Android Pie or the Pie version of Samsung. For other users having this issue, please try to pair the device with an older Android version on another phone (or maybe iphone) and then log in on your Pie-device. Also, 1 star less for not supporting 5Ghz. I haven't checked the other more advanced functions yet.

Hello, thank you for your attempt. Our device currently only supports 2.4G network (sorry for the bad experience). If the mobile phone permission function of the APP is enabled, the APP can be used normally :)
