Quarterday builds a seasonal home maintenance schedule around your actual house. Answer 13 questions and get a month-by-month plan — maintenance checklists, reminders, and a logbook — for the upkeep your home really needs.
The questions cover what kind of home it is, how it's heated, what your winters are like, and what it's built of. Questions that don't apply are skipped, and so are the tasks. No chimney, no chimney reminders.
WHAT YOU SEE EACH MONTH
Today shows the short list of what's actually worth doing this month. Each task says in plain English why it matters, roughly how many minutes it takes, and whether it's a straightforward job, a judgement call, or the kind of thing to phone someone about. Tick it off with a note, snooze what can wait, or mark it as not applicable and never see it again.
A SCORE THAT MEANS SOMETHING
Your home health score moves from Bronze to Silver to Gold based on what you actually finish on time. The current month can't drag it down while it's still running, so the score reflects your record rather than your inbox.
THE LOGBOOK
Everything you complete is written down, with your notes and the date. It builds quietly into a maintenance record for the house.
QUIET BY DESIGN
Six notifications a month, at most: one digest on the first, and one nudge on the tenth for anything still open. Homes with harsh winters get up to two extra reminders in October, reserved for freeze prep. That is the whole notification budget, and you can switch it off entirely.
