With this app you can do the following: check balances 24/7, view pending transactions, create, approve, cancel or view funds transfers, view transaction history, send and receive secure messages, access branch hours and location information.

You can't send messages via the app because it won't allow you to select a recipient. When you do send emails via the website, it says it is being sent from a Thomas Hollar blog. What's up with that? So far all messages I've sent have gone ignored. When they switched from MC to Visa, I wasn't able to add it to the Google play store. Even now, all these months later, I haven't been able to utilize it there nor has MSB been able to give an adequate response.

It is great to see account balance and transactions.

Just wish it could be a little more user friendly. I understand security measures are necessary and they have proven to work/make me feel like my accounts safe but I personally feel like i shouldnt need to have to log back in every time i switch apps or screens or check a text message. Just a little annoying.
