You can't send messages via the app because it won't allow you to select a recipient. When you do send emails via the website, it says it is being sent from a Thomas Hollar blog. What's up with that? So far all messages I've sent have gone ignored. When they switched from MC to Visa, I wasn't able to add it to the Google play store. Even now, all these months later, I haven't been able to utilize it there nor has MSB been able to give an adequate response.

Frequent unable to connect... unable to retrieve your account errors. Sometimes, it won't log in at all..just sits there for a bit, then closes itself. Horrible app .. shameful to have such a bad app for a banking institution.

Infuriating, occasionally will say I have no accounts to display; kind of defeats the purpose. Avoid mobile deposits, they take forever.
