MiFinity seemed fine at first — easy to deposit, quick to charge their fees. But once I tried to withdraw my fully legitimate and documented funds, everything changed. My account was already verified with ID, address, bank statements, and detailed income source letters. Yet they froze my account without clear notice, retroactively blamed me for missing an email, and blocked all withdrawal or refund options. The AML officer requested extremely private documents without even signing their name

cannot get much help with logging into my account. I have tried all different emails, passwords and will not let me log in. support says I don't have an account, however I do because I used it back in March. I can't make a new account as my details already exist. wouldn't recommend.

Hello its been already 5 days since i have withdraw from your site to my bank account and its mention (processed by acquirer) but when i contact my bank today they told me that there is no transaction pending and transaction has been done on my bank account and i dont know why And concerning the service client its worse as no answer till now
