COAACH Community Connections is the official mobile platform for the Center for Outreach in Alzheimer's, Aging, and Community Health (COAACH) at North Carolina A&T State University—an HBCU leader in STEM, health equity, and community innovation.
This app is designed for local leaders and Community Health Ambassadors who are passionate about improving the health and well-being of their communities. Whether you’re a church health minister, senior service coordinator, or health advocate, COAACH Community Connections equips you with training, support, and tools to create meaningful impact.
Through our Ambassador program, selected members gain free access to asynchronous courses, live events, instructor feedback, and a growing resource library focused on aging, Alzheimer’s education, and health literacy.
Inside the app, you’ll find:
A structured educational path with certificate completion
Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other health ambassadors
Live workshops and real-time instructor engagement
A hub of research-backed tools and content tailored to community outreach
