The Canadian Migraine Tracker helps you to keep a simple and focused Migraine Diary directly from your smart phone or tablet. Available on Apple and Android, in English and French.

We built this tool to make communication with your health care provider (family doctor, neurologist, nurse practitioner, pharmacist etc) easier. The App focuses on the information usually discussed with physicians. Our reports can be sent to your health care provider in two convenient ways: PDF and email.

Can't enter what time you took medication. Who doesn't need to know that? It's also very slow, like it is syncing after each thing you enter instead of after you've finished an entry. I did like that I could turn off tracking for all the things I don't need to make it quicker and easier to use when I have a migraine, but without being able to track medication, it is of no use to me.

I have been using this app for years. I switched from migraine buddy as I find this more user friendly especially during an attack. I only wish it had a weather forcast/bm pressure alert function to track that trigger more precisely and not needing another app to alert to upcoming weather changes. also I've been trying to go back and add in preventative ive tried in the past and it just loads and loads and won't save.

My neurologist recommended this app to me. I downloaded it Feb 2026. The app will not open unless I go to the Play store and open it from there. I've read in other reviewers' comments (posted Nov 2025) that they are having the same experience. The response from the developers stated that this bug was fixed in the latest version, and the solution was to update the app. However, I just downloaded the app on Feb 24, 2026, and I am still experiencing that the app will not open.

What’s new

We've added a "Remember me" checkbox so you no longer have to enter your email and password
every time you close the app. Now compatible with the Samsung's navigation bar.
