About this app

Use the MikroTik Home app to apply the most basic initial settings for your MikroTik home access point and manage your home devices.

Default username on new routers: admin. There is usually no default password (leave empty).

Requirements: a MikroTik router running RouterOS v6 or newer.

• WiFi settings
• Internet settings
• Save and monitor home devices, their usage etc.
• Manage your kids internet access
• Set up Port forwarding

Ratings and reviews

Gives some basic information about the state of the device, that's fine, but it doesn't do all the things that are claimed. Can't get any detail of the connected clients. Can't control the kids network.

Internet and Local Network setting are not working on rb2011. Unable to block internet access to certain device on the network. If you want to make home routers take a look on some much cheaper Chinese router what kind of settings are available and make your home app to have them. Another thing make the wireless range to equally match to Chinese routers. I won't upgrade to mikrotik.

This app shows connected client download/upload rates which WinBox doesn't, why?? Comments from WinBox don't appear in "Device details". I'll keep it just to monitor data rates but this really should be a feature in the "pro" app and WinBox.
