the good part is that the app has a simple design, very easy to use and redeem rewards. However there are also quite a few bugs and glitches, sometimes after I spend 20 minutes completing a survey it says they "hit a snag on their end and points will be credited soon" but points are never credited. I've lost over 500 points due to this issue

I am a new membet of Milieu and I'am expecting for a better use. The surveys are good, easy to answer and easy to earn points but after I answered several surveys I always wanted to check on rewards to be redeemed but when I'm clicking it it won't open, in just a bit it will automatically closed. How can I explore and check other features if it won't open. Can you please explain it to me and fix it as soon as possible? Coz, I will not continue using it if it won't work. Please....

while the app is good, everytime when I complete a survey, I am met with an irritating pop up of switching on notifications . this has been happening for the past 3 years or so and there is no way I could switch off this pop up.
