the good part is that the app has a simple design, very easy to use and redeem rewards. However there are also quite a few bugs and glitches, sometimes after I spend 20 minutes completing a survey it says they "hit a snag on their end and points will be credited soon" but points are never credited. I've lost over 500 points due to this issue

It was supposed to be my third payout but suddenly my account expired and I can no longer log in. It was frustrating as people here would know how long it was to accumulated enough point for the rewards. What violation did I commit? It's not like there's much in this app that could even be violated anyway. 5 stars down straight to 1 star. I don't know if I will get that 3rd reward but yeah, feel like getting scam. Contacting them requires us to upload our national ID which is a big no no.

After a year of completing surveys and moving towards a prize payout, my account suddenly expired. I don't know if my prize will actually be paid out or not. And that's incredibly frustrating. This was supposed to be the third payout. They said: you're inactive for a long time. Wrong, I join the Milieu Surveys EVERY DAY!!! The help center is useless. Everytime I try to get their contact via ticket, the cache pictures will take forever. Just be careful to this app. Save your data & your time.
