I hate this app. Something that I thought would be exciting and fun, has turned into something SO annoying that I end up slamming it shut! You have to hold a button to speak and half the time it doesn't record, so you have to keep repeating over and over (not in a good practice way, but in a frustrating "it doesn't work" way). it does not tell you which word to fix in a sentence - it just asks you to repeat after the bot ad nauseum. I requested a refund. but no response until after $$ paid

The app simply doesn't work. After paying $20 for one month on their website and installing, not a single thing on the app works; for each section (e.g. Nouns) when I click "Learn" it says "Choose Your Topic", but there are no topics to choose from. When I go to the conversational AI, the real reason I wanted to try this app, it simply says "something went wrong, please reload the app".

Operates in a scammy way. This app intentionally operates in a scam-like manner. There is NO way to cancel in the app. You will have to jump through hoops to get the subscription cancelled. They will NOT send a subscription renewal notice. Then, when you request to cancel there it takes days and they will say you're too late and not getting a refund. There is NO way to know if you're still in a subscription in the app. You only find out when they steal more of your money.
