Absolute garbage. I paid $60 for a 6- month subscription, and I can't even get the first module to work properly. It is stuck on an endless loop where the AI "teacher" is saying one thing and the written instructions say another. The verbal instructions aren't even accurate. For example, it's asking me to say "ella" and telling me it means "that." The lessons won't move on until I complete the current level, but I can't imagine this programming improves as lessons get more complicated.

This is the worst language app that I have ever used. It just keeps repeating words, the easy words at that. I dont have any confidence that it will get better with harder phrases, thats if you ever work your way to the harder phrases. Customer support just tells you to try this and try that, why, it just doesn't work. Save your time, money, and frustration.

Waste of money! AI is so glitchy and you cannot learn from the technical issues being a nuisance. Gave it 2-weeks to hope the program for better--it did not. Requested a refund because it is useless to me only to be told I had to request a refund within 10 days. Also if I had been allowed a sample of the lessons I wouldn't have bothered; memorizing vocabulary words really? I can do that with a free text book from the public library. For $60 I expected better.
