Absolute garbage. I paid $60 for a 6- month subscription, and I can't even get the first module to work properly. It is stuck on an endless loop where the AI "teacher" is saying one thing and the written instructions say another. The verbal instructions aren't even accurate. For example, it's asking me to say "ella" and telling me it means "that." The lessons won't move on until I complete the current level, but I can't imagine this programming improves as lessons get more complicated.

Update: prior to my review I DID attempt to contact "support". They were unsupportive as noted in my orginal post. This developer uses high pressure sales tactics coupled with predatory billing practices. BEWARE Original Post: STAY AWAY! Absolute garbage. The app does not work as advertised. It is impossible to cancel and support is not helpful at all. I was charged a second annual fee without any notice of the charge and still cannot figure out how to cancel to prevent another charge! Scam!

Email- Hi, I bought this to learn Korean from scratch. Unfortunately right from the start this app treats me as if I am already a moderate Korean speaker and can read and write Korean as well. There is no breakdown or explanation right from the get go. Things don't match. Just mindless fast listen and mimic then quickly move on. Nice attempt at throwing an AI app together but poor execution. I would like a full refund on everything purchased please. I just made my purchase not 20 minutes ago.
