IT IS A SCAMMER Keep away from this scammer. Quality sucks in every step. During the subscription, they trick you into recurring automatic payments. You don't notice. I don't remember having signed any automatic payment. But they drew payments 3 more times from my account. You can't cancel your subscription easily thru the app. (!!!!).; This is to trick you for one more illegal payment. I canceled my subscription, and after that, they charged my account once more . See how desperate they are

SCAM. if you are a beginner, this app is not for you. the money back guarantee is not honored for technical issues with the app OR the lack of a beginner level. they entice you with an 87% discount and money back guarantee then automatically enroll you for ongoing subscription at regular price. the app freezes in the middle of each lesson so you can't progress the lesson. the AI tutor says the same thing at each play; NOT personalized to responses for learning as promised.

Horrible app, false advertisement for utilizing hypnosis. Total SCAM. Beware! The app itself is hard to use, the language you are trying to learn for example, if it is Japanese, is written out in Kanji. What a joke, if I could not speak Japanese how am I supposed to read Kanji to sound out the pronunciation? Unbelievable 🤦
