About this app

Mind & Manas is a drug awareness and prevention programme for CBSE schools. It comes as short chapters you can finish on a phone, in a few minutes each.

FOR STUDENTS
Three chapters of story, not a list of warnings. You follow someone your own age into a situation you will recognise, and at the point where they have to decide, so do you. Nothing moves on until you choose, and then you find out what that choice meant.

FOR TEACHERS
Five short professional development modules for the staff who usually notice
first. What to watch for, what to say, and what to do next. Your school
coordinator gives you access.

FOR PARENTS
Three chapters on the conversation at home. How to raise it, how to listen, and
where to get help.


HELP IS ONE TAP AWAY
1933, the national drug helpline, is free and open 24 hours. It is on the first
screen and in Settings, without going through a chapter first.

WHO RUNS IT
The programme is run by the Narcotics Control Bureau in CBSE schools, under a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Central Board of Secondary Education on 3 September 2025. Clinical content is written by T.T.K Hospital. The software is built and maintained by Zoho.
