I'm undecided at this point. for some reason on my week trial. My phone was on and charging when about 11:10 at night, the program just turned on through my speaker phone. I was unable to turn off the sound through the program. Finally shut off in about a total of 40 minutes. I would like to try mindear again but I need to use earbuds as I'm used to accustomed to my phone to talk and listen instead of just having background sounds.

I was asked to install this by my audiologist to help reduce or get rid of my tinnitus. I was very sceptical and didn't use it until after my next apt and I was totally amazed by the difference in my tinnitus. Using it as directed, throughout the day and every day, not only reduced my tinnitus massively, but got rid of some of my tinnitus completely. I definitely recommend this app.

After getting sudden onset tinnitus 8 weeks ago in both ears, I did what I shouldn't have done and doom scrolled through the internet in search of a cure. I came to realise that it was all about management, I came across MindEar and have not looked back. The MindEar team have a huge bank of resources to help understand tinnitus, what you can do, what you shouldn't do and how the best thing to do is relax, meditate /relax and find your own way through. I thoroughly recommend it .
