Great way to find your inner peace. It has helped me from a great stress to my way back to myself again. Only tried the free version and as others say, it gets a bit old with the same guided time sessions. I'm not ready yet to pay for the whole version without a sneak peak of what it has to offer more than what I've experienced so far. Lastly, thanks for a great app.
The introduction sessions are great! Guided timed sessions have no variance, they are the same day after day. This gets old real fast, and a week in I'm having a hard time focusing on the guide. Maybe the premium version offers a wider variance! Still a good app.
I tried numerous meditation apps including this one. This is OK, but I found the introductory sessions a bit too busy and missing essential instructions (like when to close your eyes!). They were also too short for my liking. I often found myself just getting into it when it ended. No space in the sessions just to stop. That coupled with an odd issue with the audio stopping about 90% in meaning I had to come out of my meditation, fiddle around then finish it off, it actually left me more stressed. I think the UI has room for improvement, but I am finding all the meditation apps seem to have an overworked UI, like they are trying too hard. Please keep it simple! I have decided to go with "Calm" in the end which also has a web app I can use at my desktop, unlike this one (at lease that I could find).
Its helped relieve my stress from work life and relationships. Its a great way to escape the madness and it actually helps with anger. Not sure if it work on everyone but its certainly had an affect on me
This app helps me to relax, reduce my mental tension and I think is helping to prevent my frequent head pain.
Great app but free version very repetitive so tendency to get boring very easily. Haven't tried paid version
