So relaxing I listened to it when i was really anxious following an argument and it really grounded me and helped me to feel less stressed
Held me relax Center and caring I like the bells and breathing feeling in my bed.
I like it but Is there any way to change the voice as I don't like it too much. Then I will add the extra star.

So good Thanks to this app I have learned how to levitate. Just kidding, but I am better at focusing myself when I get distracted. This app comes with lots of settings- meditate to a guided recording, to friendly bells!, etc. I especially enjoy the history function, which is useful for keeping yourself accountable.
Gr8 Helps alot when ur trying to practice meditate as the mindfulness practice starting to get really big in the uk, this app is a must for people who are looking to find meditate and body scanning
