Mind Screen is a voice-guided self-screening app for mental and cognitive well-being.
Standardized questionnaires such as the PHQ-9 or the GAD-7 are widely used to screen for depression and anxiety, yet few people ever take one on their own: a form full of checkboxes feels cold, and it is easy to give up halfway. Mind Screen replaces the form with a conversation. You choose a screening and an assistant, then you talk. The assistant reads each question aloud, listens to your answer in your own words and moves on. A few minutes later you get a score, a severity level and a short explanation in plain language.
Eleven questionnaires are available, covering depression, anxiety, loneliness, burnout, adult ADHD, aggression, manic symptoms, panic, post-traumatic stress, alcohol and drug use, and cognitive screening. Four are free. Mind Screen Pro unlocks the full catalogue, every assistant voice, and your complete history with PDF reports you can share with a professional.
The app, not the AI model, owns the questionnaire: questions are delivered word for word and scores are computed by fixed rules. Your history is stored on your device, there are no ads, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Mind Screen is a self-awareness aid, not a diagnostic tool. A result never replaces the opinion of a qualified mental health professional. For adults 18 and over. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact a licensed healthcare professional or a local crisis line immediately.
Talk through a mental health check-in. No forms.
