App must have a bug will not stay saved on my phone

He usado la app por años y mi esposo también. Hoy abrimos la app y nos hemos encontrado que toda la información que guardamos se ha borrado (metrobus, Idaan, ENSA). Les escribí por correo y estoy esperando que nos regresen la data que teníamos.
