The app is designed for out-of-hospital care services such as home healthcare, assisted living, elder care, long-term care, equipment services and related care support.

With MyCarePilot, customers and families can view important care information, stay updated on assigned caregivers, check service details, review invoices, share feedback and manage service-related orders from one mobile app.
