Station Facilities: All our station’s design in similar with three levels namely street, concourse and platform and four arms (gates) A, B, C, D. Ratings and reviews

The application works well, but despite a successful payment, the amount was not credited to the metro card. When I contacted metro staff, they mentioned it could take up to 3 hours for the recharge to reflect on the card. In such cases, recharging directly at the metro station is much quicker and more reliable. I kindly request L&T to enhance the payment gateway for faster processing, ensuring a smoother and more satisfying experience for users.

I complained about the problem in adding a new metro card to the app as my old card was broken. it is already 20 days the problem is not resolved. Of course the authorities have called me twice and informed that the problem is resolved only thing the app is to be uninstalled and reinstalled and add then it works. In spite of doing it, it is giving the same message "unable to add card details try later". I could not recharge my metro card two times with Rs.500 and had to do it at the station

Application is just okay and informative. As per Terms and conditions, unsuccessful transaction refund is 15 days is too high. After recharging the Metro card, even after 24hrs taping at the entry gate it's not working to get updated of recharge value many times. Very poor technology (tapping at TVM), even nowadays bank transactions/mobile recharges (network allowing signals) are doing in a fraction of seconds.
