I loved this app and would have given it 5 stars but all of a sudden it stopped working. Tried to reinstall and now I can't install a new camera. Wish there was a phone number to call for assistance. Please fix so I can give 5 stars!
This App worked fine since January and in the last fortnight I can only get 2-3 Audible Alerts on my phone and the Video keeps failing.If I reset the camera I get 2-3 alerts then nothing but everything is recorded.Changed Phone(same problem)Changed Router(same problem)Changed Camera+PSU(same problem)BUT strange thing is if I leave phone plugged into charger I get ALL ALERTS and RECORDINGS.Come On MIPC and KUGLE get your act together!!!!!!!! Installed the latest update 15th June 2017 and surprise NOTHING has changed still the same!!!! Installed the latest update on July 11th 2017 and it is still the same on 4 different phones ie 1) Prestigio 5307, 2) Wyliefox Swift, 3) Motorola Moto G5, and a Samsung Galaxy all alerts received when plugged in the charger but when unplugged they only receive 2 alerts then nothing.
Not a bad app, camera moves easily, clear picture, sound works well, i wonder how good the security is though. Only thing is the time wont set to correct time.
Since recent update app keeps telling me at random I have no camera connected. Have to log out and in and it finds it fine. Please fix
