The purpose behind this app is great, but I find it to be cumbersome to use. I am in multiple groups and receive many messages throughout the day. Opening and responding to these messages could be a full time job in and of itself as it takes forever for every step to load. I constantly get a "reconecting' bar across the top of my screen. I usually give up and leave the messages unread because it becomes frustrating.

I really appreciate how there are so many elements in the one app, but the only thing that I think it's missing is a way to search the chats. I know there's a message from a couple months ago with some helpful information, but I'm not sure which group it was from and I can't seem to scroll far enough to find it without spending hours searching, so I end up sending out a new message requesting the info. It would be so helpful to have a keyword search of all my chats.

I've used this app for several years, it has been great. I've managed several groups for our church through the app, from scheduling to communication it's been very useful. I am not, however, a fan of the mist recent updates. Manny of the notifications are redundant, and I have to look at the same one in several different places to clear the badge notifications. I have resorted to just leaving then unacknowledged in repeat locations. I would still recommend this app, overall it has been great.
