This is the second time I've been in to mint dispensary and been treated with up most respect, very knowledgeable staff, Very clean establishmentwent ,today played a little game new game. They have where you can scan numbers on a computer screen. And if you get 420, and you spend a $125, they take a $125 off. So today, I went in and got a free pre rolled, after the rewards was credited. I paid 4 dollars for all of my products, great incentive to get people to come back ❤️👍🫵

Where are the rewards? I was told that all of the points we had racked up before the change in rewards would be waiting for us in the new app. Plus, what about all of my purchases since then? I am a very loyal Mint customer, but their rewards are not working as they should. We were told to use the app to get the rewards, but this app has not worked for months. That's not right. Along with the phone system at their Northern location which hasn't worked in months, conveniently.

Terrible app, literally it serves no use. I have android phone and it won't load anything. The only reason for downloading the app is because the stores no longer can check for points as of FEBRUARY 2025 the associates at the store explained they aren't allowed to check your points from your purchases you made. They tell customers to download app now, but since nothing loads you lose out on all the freebies they offer with points.
