Where are the rewards? I was told that all of the points we had racked up before the change in rewards would be waiting for us in the new app. Plus, what about all of my purchases since then? I am a very loyal Mint customer, but their rewards are not working as they should. We were told to use the app to get the rewards, but this app has not worked for months. That's not right. Along with the phone system at their Northern location which hasn't worked in months, conveniently.

Terrible app, literally it serves no use. I have android phone and it won't load anything. The only reason for downloading the app is because the stores no longer can check for points as of FEBRUARY 2025 the associates at the store explained they aren't allowed to check your points from your purchases you made. They tell customers to download app now, but since nothing loads you lose out on all the freebies they offer with points.

Doesn't Work! I love Mint Dispensary, but this app is Bull Squirt! It won't load, ever. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times, even After the supposed Fix on 11/12, and I still get a blank screen every time I open the app. I wouldn't care, except now you only get loyalty points by using the app. Maybe they're trying to screw customers out of points and the free prerolls? Nah, they just paid someone Way too much for a broken app
