Very good service. The app will take 30% deposit, you can pay by credit card or wire transfer or any electronic wallet services. The operators will call you to confirm the booking and assist if any issues. They have the insurance option for some cars so make sure you select cars with that options. Some time promotion can set you off for few dollars, which is nice.

cool app as a foreigner even with a local driver's license I didn't have much faith in finding a car without a driver but I did. registration using international Visa or MasterCard option, it forwards you to the Momo app for payment and Momo was not taking my International cards I tried two of them luckily I have a local bank card that did work. the car selection was plenty and the prices were affordable.

Very easy to use, even for foreigners. Their customer service in particular is noteworthy, they're quick, hassle-free, and simply fantastic (I've only interacted with them through messenger). No other app matches Mioto so far for car rentals (in VN or abroad frankly).
