My experience with Mioto has been mostly bad. Scammy bait and switch tactics are common, many car owners are businesses that don't give you the car you booked but whatever is available the day you pick it up. There are also issues with last minute cancellations by owners, which can ruin your trip. They do not automatically process refunds but require you to send them your bank account information each time. Why? Overall the app is unreliable.

Is there an English version for the app? Or the app is restricted to use for citizens of Vietnam only? Please clarify.

Very good service. The app will take 30% deposit, you can pay by credit card or wire transfer or any electronic wallet services. The operators will call you to confirm the booking and assist if any issues. They have the insurance option for some cars so make sure you select cars with that options. Some time promotion can set you off for few dollars, which is nice.
