Its a great app, great device, although I'm disappointed that a lot of features are disabled for the Free version even though the device costed me 200 dollars canadian. Would have been nice to get more features with the free version, because unfortunately now I have to purchase at least the PRO version subscription to be able to do what I want with my car.

very bad experience with VW ID4. even if there are active errors (SOS issue) - device says "no faults" after 4 scans in a row. while trying to check for live data in telematics - it just stays in "loading, it might take few moments" for ages without any results. i tried few times a day, once waited for more than 20 minutes with no result. very bad experience

What a waste of money! First you have to buy the device at great expense and then you still have to buy credits or get the yearly subscription in order to do anything. Only the fault scanning feature is available without an additional purchase.
